About thresholds
A threshold is a monthly spend figure that decides when someone gets a heads up. It is advisory only: nothing is ever blocked, and usage carries on regardless. Setting one does not email anybody. When you are ready to tell someone, use the notify button, so adjusting a number a few times does not fill their inbox.
Whether or not you notify them, the figure and your name are shown on their own page, so nobody ever discovers a limit they cannot see the origin of.
